Not So Tiny is a cost effective, efficient solution to building a shack or small home in Tasmania. Contemporary designs seek to utilise space in multiple, innovative ways.
We offer both one and two-bedroom floorplans with high-end finishes, including wool carpet, textured tiles, brush nickel tapware, undermount sinks and natural timber. Builds are complete, fully wired and plumbed, with joinery, fittings and appliances included.
Our Not So Tiny homes meet current building codes and Tasmanian Council standards, with packages including architectural plans, engineering, and energy ratings. Building specifications also meet the Council’s definition for an ancillary dwelling or secondary residence in the Tasmanian Planning Scheme, which means a Not So Tiny build can be utilised as extra living quarters in your own backyard.
